How "Shadowing" Works

Revel Medical Billing has the ability to "shadow" your employees' work stations (with their permission), making it possible to train & troubleshoot in real time, whether the trainer is in your office or somewhere else. With shadowing, we can even literally guide the mouse through the screens and the functions for you. This can dramatically speed up the learning process.
